All services are fully customised, as every client’s hair is unique in length, thickness, texture, and condition. Techniques, product usage, tools, and timing are tailored individually to ensure the best possible outcome for your hair goals.

Prices may change without prior notice. All prices include 10% GST.

Our preferred methods of payment are cash or cards (EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and Amex) and merchant processing fee applies to cards used in the studio.

  To ensure we are able to offer the best service to you and all our valued clients we have in place our salon policies. We may use our discretion and waive or relax the policy where individual circumstances warrant consideration. you can find more details on our salon policy in the policies section of this website.

Confirming, cancelling , rescheduelling appoitments; We understand how busy life can be and how last-minute changes can affect your daily routine. We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur.  We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace.  We do record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of the policy. Our goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate our valued clients. We ask that you be mindful that Hair And Rose Studio is a busy studio that works closely with an appointment schedule and we rely on our clients arriving on time for their appointments as your appointments are allocated specifically for you. When you don’t keep your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that often means that we have turned away other clients. We ask that you give your stylist at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment so that we can fill that appointment, so please be courteous and let us know in advance if you can not make it. As a courtesy, we will text/call you 2-5 days prior to your appointment to confirm and remind you of the date and time. If we miss you we will leave you a voice message or text message if possible and we kindly ask that you call back or text to confirm your appointment. Your appointment can not be guaranteed if we don not hear back from you at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to give adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling will result in all future appointments being "booking fee required" only. This also applies to drastic changes to your appointment, for example, if you are booked in to get a long colour service and change your mind to get a haircut then that will be treated as a cancellation. No-shows need to pay a non-refundable booking fee of minimum 50% at the time of the next booking, which will be deducted from the service if they attend their appointment. First time clients and all busy times appointments require a non-refundable booking fee of minimum 50% at the time of the booking, which will be deducted from the service.

Covid-19 and OTHER diseases; We are proudly a Covidsafe business and committed to keeping our community safe. We strictly follow the rules and guidelines for  Covid-19 and other infectious diseases  for the health and safety of our staff, families and guests. Our Covid safety plan is regularly updated to meet current legal or Health and Safety requirements. Due to the nature of our job, as social distancing is not possible in most circumstances we have inplace specific conditions for appointments; requesting masks to be worn, complementary RAT tests, being symptom free of cold, flu, covid…Even though we do not like late cancellations, in the event of suddenly becoming sick or unwell with any minor symptoms, please be responsible and cancel your appointment. We do our best to accommodate you in the first available time after you get well. We make notes of all cancellations/reschedules to avoid the rare incidents of misusing the late cancellations. We reserve the right to refuse/reschedule/stop the service if there are visible symptoms of sicknesses and possibly contagious conditions.

Personal items; There are security cameras in use in the salon for your safety, however, please note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost in the salon.

Children; For the safety of your lovely children, we request that, please arrange childminding at your home. Our salon is not designed for children, for health and safety reasons. If you are breastfeeding, please talk to us. We can organise your appointment at a time to suit best for you, and depending on the possibility of your appointment, you are also more than welcome to have a breastfeeding break. Our salon is not equipped with special children haircutting chairs, so for health and safety reasons ( for your child and our staff ) ,we will not be specialised to cut their hair on parents' lap or using adult sized chairs. High school and above students are welcomed.

Privacy policy for studio visits; Hair And Rose Studio fully adheres to the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). We will NEVER share your private information with any individual or company unless where permitted or required to by law.

Social media privacy when visiting studio; While we love you to follow, like and comment on our salon's official social media pages, we kindly ask that all guests and clients respect the privacy of our staff members and not "friend request" them on Facebook or other social media, as well as asking for other contact details of staff. Staff are also required to adhere to this policy and are required to not accept friend requests. We apologise for the inconvenience, but if you need to contact the salon after hours or wish to enquire, we kindly request that you utilise our official social media channels and pages on Facebook and Instagram.
