Refund of Products

Part 1; In Store

Purchased in store: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our signature range products “Hair And Rose Studio” brand, promise 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. For any other brand, in the rare circumstances where you are not satisfied with the product after using it, management may wave the “unused” condition of return/exchange product at its own discretion. For the return of products purchase in store, please return to store.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards sold either online or in store.

 Service Guarantee(applicable only to in-salon services)

At Hair And Rose Studio, we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly trained team. We provide thorough consultations prior to your service and we endeavour to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied. However, in the rare circumstances, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result we will redo your hair at no extra charge. This is strictly within 7 days of your visit. This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged. We also do not offer complimentary visits for any reason on Sundays or Public Holidays.


Part 2 ; Online

Purchased online: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 To start a return, if purchased online, you can contact us at hairandrosestudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues of products


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items of products if bought online


Certain types of items cannot be returned, if purchase online ; like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hair and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards sold either online or in store.

Exchanges of products


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Payment


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
